1. Order Processing Time

 


All orders are processed within 7 business days unless otherwise stated.


Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

 


 

 

2. Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

 


Some Valoris products are sold as pre-orders or limited drops.


For these items:

 

  • Production begins after the pre-order window closes

  • Processing and fulfillment timelines may exceed 7 business days

  • Estimated shipping timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase or via email

 


Pre-order timelines are estimates only and may change due to manufacturing, supply chain, or fulfillment factors outside our control.

 


 

 

3. Shipping Rates & Methods

 


Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.


We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability will be noted at checkout if offered.

 


 

 

4. Shipment Tracking

 


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving confirmation.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

 


Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.


If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

 


 

 

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

 


Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Valoris Supply Co., LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist.

 


 

 

8. Multiple Item Orders

 


Orders containing multiple items may ship together or separately at our discretion.


Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship once all items are available unless otherwise specified.
